These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client" or "User") and Ted Jordan SRL, a company incorporated under Belgian law, company number BE0821899014, registered address: 24 Clos Bois Lemoine, 4870 Trooz, Belgium ("TJr Interactive", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the TJr Interactive platform and related services available at tjrinteractive.io.

TJr Interactive is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) adtech platform that enables advertising agencies and advertisers to:
TJr Interactive acts exclusively as a technology provider and adtech solution. We do not operate as a media buyer, publisher, or advertising network. We do not independently target end-users or take any editorial responsibility for the content of client campaigns.
The platform is provided on a B2B basis and is not intended for consumer use.
Access to the TJr Interactive platform is by invitation only. No self-registration is available. Account credentials are issued by TJr Interactive to authorised representatives of client organisations.
You are responsible for:
You must not share your credentials with third parties. Accounts may not be transferred without TJr Interactive's prior written consent. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of compromise or misuse.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these Terms, any applicable law, or if your account poses a security risk.
You agree not to use the TJr Interactive platform to:
TJr Interactive reserves the right to review campaign content for compliance and to suspend or remove any campaign that breaches these requirements, without prior notice.
Where campaigns collect personal data from end-users, the Client is the data controller under GDPR and bears full responsibility for ensuring that data collection is lawful, transparent, and compliant with all applicable data protection laws.
TJr Interactive acts as a data processor on the Client's instruction. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with Article 28 GDPR must be signed between the Client and TJr Interactive before any data-collecting campaign goes live.
The Client agrees to:
End-user data collected via a Client's campaign remains the property of the Client. TJr Interactive retains no proprietary interest in that data beyond what is necessary to deliver the service and comply with legal obligations.
The TJr Interactive platform, including its software, interface, design, documentation, and underlying technology, is the exclusive intellectual property of Ted Jordan SRL and is protected by Belgian and international copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you upload to the platform (creative assets, brand materials, campaign data). By uploading content, you grant TJr Interactive a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the services.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the platform, you grant TJr Interactive an irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that feedback without restriction.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any proprietary, technical, or business information received from the other party ("Confidential Information") and to use it solely for the purposes of these Terms. This obligation survives termination for a period of 3 years. Confidential Information does not include information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.
Fees for use of the TJr Interactive platform are agreed in writing between the Client and TJr Interactive (via a separate service agreement or order form). These Terms do not independently establish pricing. Key principles:
TJr Interactive will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may carry out maintenance with or without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ted Jordan SRL, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days' written notice. TJr Interactive may terminate immediately in the event of a material breach of these Terms by the Client.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. TJr Interactive will make Client data available for export for a period of 30 days after termination, after which it will be securely deleted (subject to any legal retention obligations).
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active platform users by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must cease using the platform before the effective date.
